Conclusion

All in all Jackie Robinson's life was full of hardship, racism and prejudice.  Despite al of that Jackie Robinson's story is one of immeasurable success. He won everything from the most prestigious individual award to the ultimate team championship.  All of that fails in comparison to all that he did that isn't on paper though, all the things that aren't on paper.  He changed not only professional baseball forever, but all American sports, and the Country itself.  One thing is for sure, sports would not be the same if Jackie Robinson had not decided to risk his life for the greater good.
